AIE Soccer Academy: Our 5 teams, ranging from U10-U19, are competing in leagues throughout Liberia. We believe education and mentorship are just as important as athletic skill. That’s why we pair soccer development with academic support, tutoring, and life skills workshops. By investing in the whole child, we prepare young people not only to excel as athletes, but also to thrive as students, leaders, and changemakers in their communities. On the field, players build skill, teamwork, and resilience. Off the field, they gain academic support, life skills, and guidance that prepare them to succeed in every area of life.We award scholarships to our most promising student-athletes who exemplify leadership, discipline, and alignment with our organizational values. These scholarships not only support academic excellence but also encourage character development and community responsibility, as well as provide much needed financial relief for their parents.

 

Pathway Program: For young athletes who demonstrate both promise and perseverance, our Pathway Program creates opportunities to continue their education and development in the United States. Through partnerships with U.S. boarding schools, students gain access to high-quality academics and competitive soccer programs, expanding their horizons and preparing them for future opportunities—whether in higher education, athletics, or community leadership.

 

Future Residential Academy: One of our primary initiatives is the development of a residential academy in Liberia, situated on 10 acres of secured land. The academy will combine world-class academics—with advanced curriculum taught by highly qualified teachers—with structured sports programs that allow students to pursue athletics after school. In addition to academic rigor and athletic training, the academy will emphasize self-sustainability through agriculture and provide vocational training in fields such as electrical work and plumbing. By equipping students with knowledge, discipline, practical skills, and athletic opportunities, the academy aims to empower Liberia’s youth, foster community resilience, and create pathways for success both within the country and abroad.
